We are searching for a detail-oriented and organized Merchandiser to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating appealing product displays and ensuring the right amount of stock is available at all times. Your role will involve collaborating with buyers and suppliers to forecast sales trends and make strategic decisions on product placement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create attractive and eye-catching displays to showcase products
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking
- Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions on product assortment and placement
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings
- Collaborate with buying teams to develop promotions and special offers that align with company goals
- Train store staff on how to maintain displays and effectively sell products
- Ensure compliance with company visual merchandising standards at all times

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
