Sales Manager - Lom, Nepal
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Lom, Nepal. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving business growth. You will work closely with the marketing department to develop sales strategies, identify new market opportunities, and build relationships with clients. Your goal will be to increase sales and meet or exceed our company's revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Identify new market opportunities and potential clients
- Build strong relationships with key clients
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities
- Set sales targets for the team and track progress towards them
- Train and onboard new sales employees
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance for management
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to develop effective sales strategies based on market trends and client needs
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred but not required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
Salary: $1800 per month + commission
Location: Lom, Nepal (accommodation provided)
This position is open to Nepali nationals as well as foreigners. Fluency in English is not required but is considered an asset.
