Sales Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Lom, leading our sales efforts in the local market. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and building strong relationships with clients to drive revenue growth. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $1700 per month, as well as accommodation and visa sponsorship for non-local candidates.
As a Sales Manager, your main responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, setting sales targets and quotas, and developing effective sales techniques to meet or exceed those targets. You will also be responsible for training and motivating your team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in sales management with a proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds. Fluency in English is required for this position.
