Housekeeping Supervisor


As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of housekeepers to ensure that the cleanliness and organization of our facilities meet high standards. You will also be required to ensure that all guest rooms, public areas, and back of house areas are well-maintained and stocked with necessary supplies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and train a team of housekeepers to ensure they are performing their duties efficiently and effectively
- Assign daily tasks and monitor progress to ensure all areas are cleaned and maintained according to company standards
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and address any issues promptly
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and other necessary items
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Respond promptly to guest requests or complaints related to housekeeping services
- Schedule staff shifts and manage payroll for the department
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and high standards for cleanliness
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
- Previous experience in training or supervising a team is preferred

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)
