We are hiring a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Ashdod. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders. Your role will involve working on construction sites and performing tasks such as digging, moving materials, and leveling the ground.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently according to job site requirements
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment
- Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficiency
- Read and interpret blueprints, maps, and other documents to determine proper equipment operation
- Complete daily logs and reports of equipment usage and maintenance

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator or similar role
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate various types of heavy machinery effectively and safely
- Familiarity with construction safety standards and procedures
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems for troubleshooting purposes

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the construction industry is highly preferred
- Experience operating multiple types of heavy equipment
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong communication skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Compensation:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1100 per month. Additionally, we provide accommodation for our employees.
