Heavy Equipment Operator - Ashdod, Israel

Our construction company is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy machinery including bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and backhoes. You will also be responsible for maintaining and inspecting the equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator
- Must be physically fit and able to operate heavy machinery for extended periods of time
- Experience operating bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and backhoes preferred
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in the construction industry
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment according to project plans and specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure safe operation
- Conduct pre-operational inspections on equipment before each use
- Follow all safety regulations and procedures on job site at all times
- Communicate effectively with other team members regarding project progress
- Keep accurate records of daily activities and materials used
