Moderator/Content Editor


We are hiring a detail-oriented and experienced Moderator/Content Editor to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and approving user-generated content on our website to ensure it meets our company's standards and policies. You will also be responsible for developing and enforcing community guidelines, responding to user inquiries, and managing user accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong command of English language and excellent communication skills. Previous experience in content moderation or editing is required. Knowledge of Indian culture and social media trends is preferred. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Review and approve user-generated content according to company standards
- Develop and enforce community guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries in a timely manner
- Monitor user accounts for any violations
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure quality control
- Keep up-to-date with Indian culture and social media trends

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Indian languages is a plus)
- Previous experience in content moderation or editing
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
