NFT Marketplace Manager


We are hiring a NFT Marketplace Manager to join our fast-growing crypto company in Los Angeles. As the NFT Marketplace Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our marketplace for non-fungible tokens (NFTs). Your main duties will include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the marketplace, building and maintaining relationships with NFT creators and buyers, and developing strategies to increase sales and revenue.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the NFT marketplace, including listings, transactions, and customer support
- Build and maintain relationships with NFT creators and buyers to increase inventory and drive sales
- Develop marketing strategies to promote the marketplace and attract new users
- Monitor marketplace trends and competition to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product development, finance, and legal to ensure successful operation of the marketplace
- Train new team members on marketplace processes and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a similar role in the crypto industry or e-commerce sector
- Strong understanding of NFTs and their growing market
- Experience managing an online marketplace is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Familiarity with digital marketing tactics such as SEO, social media, influencer partnerships etc.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changes

Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Los Angeles (Indian nationality preferred)

Language Requirement: English proficiency preferred but not required
