Senior Architect


We are a leading architecture firm in Triesen and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing architectural projects from conception to completion. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and other architects to create innovative designs that meet their needs and adhere to industry standards.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for various architectural projects, including initial concept development, detailed drawings, and construction administration
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements
- Work closely with engineers to ensure structural integrity and functionality of designs
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is proceeding according to plans and specifications
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on design techniques and best practices
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in technology related to architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other 3D modeling software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Strong communication skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position. Additionally, we provide opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.

Location:
This is a contract job based in Triesen. Accommodation will not be provided but we can assist with finding suitable housing if necessary. Visa sponsorship is available for non-residents.
