Senior Architect - Lisbon, Portugal
As a Senior Architect in our company, you will play a pivotal role in the design and development of various architectural projects in Lisbon, Portugal. We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual with a passion for architecture and a strong eye for detail. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects ranging from residential to commercial buildings.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements
- Create detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is progressing according to plans and make any necessary adjustments
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on design principles and best practices
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance in all projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design or related field
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Salary: The salary for this position is 900$ per month.
