As a Finisher, you will be responsible for the final touches and details of different projects. This position requires precision, attention to detail, and a steady hand to complete the finishing process. Your role will involve using various tools and techniques to smooth and polish surfaces, remove imperfections, and ensure that all work meets quality standards. You will also be responsible for maintaining an organized and clean workspace, as well as communicating with team members to ensure deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Use various tools such as sandpaper, scrapers, and polishers to smooth surfaces
- Inspect finished products for any imperfections or flaws
- Make necessary adjustments to achieve desired finish
- Remove excess material or blemishes from surfaces
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Communicate with team members to coordinate project deadlines

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finisher or similar role
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong hand-eye coordination
- Knowledge of different types of finishes and how to achieve them
- Ability to read blueprints or specifications for finishing requirements
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
- Good communication skills in English (preferred) or ability to communicate in Hindi/Telugu/Kannada

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Sheduva, India (Indian national preferred)

Working Hours: Full time (40 hours per week)

Visa/Travel: Free visa sponsorship provided along with initial travel expenses covered.
