We are seeking a highly skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Kaunas. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing our network infrastructure, including servers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points. Your main goal will be to ensure the security, stability, and performance of our network system.

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Monitor network performance to ensure availability and reliability.
- Troubleshoot network issues and perform regular maintenance tasks to keep the system running smoothly.
- Implement security measures to protect against cyber threats.
- Manage user accounts and permissions on the network.
- Conduct regular backups of data to prevent data loss.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to plan and implement new network infrastructure projects.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends in networking.

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of network administration protocols (e.g. TCP/IP), hardware (e.g. routers) and software (e.g. firewalls).
- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g. VMware) is preferred.
- Familiarity with backup software tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex networking issues.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Kaunas, Lithuania.

Part-time Option:
We also offer a part-time option for this position.
