Our company is in need of a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing our organization's computer systems, networks, and security. Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware, software, and peripherals
- Monitor network performance to ensure smooth operation
- Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely resolutions
- Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery procedures
- Maintain system security by implementing firewalls, VPNs, and other security measures
- Keep track of system inventory, licenses, and warranties
- Collaborate with other IT team members to develop efficient network solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Network or Systems Administrator (at least 2 years)
- Good understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP), network security principles, and virtualization technologies (VMware)
- Strong knowledge of Windows server operating systems (2012/2016/2019)
- Experience with Active Directory administration
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Salary: 1300$ per month
