A reputable elderly care facility in Eldoret, Kenya is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and assistance to our elderly residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
- Administer medication according to doctor's instructions
- Monitor residents' health and report any changes or concerns to the nurse on duty
- Plan and participate in recreational activities with residents
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents
- Build trusting relationships with residents and their families

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Caregiver or similar role preferred
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
