Our company is seeking a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Faisalabad, Pakistan. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our company's computer network systems. This includes monitoring network performance, installing and upgrading software and hardware, as well as resolving any system issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Install and upgrade software and hardware for optimal system performance
- Maintain network security by implementing necessary protocols and procedures
- Ensure all systems are backed up regularly to prevent data loss
- Provide technical support to end-users regarding network and system-related issues
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to improve overall network infrastructure

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Network and Systems Administrator
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols, firewalls, routers, switches, etc.
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Salary:
