We are hiring a Warehouse Manager to oversee all operations and staff at our warehouse in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and ensuring efficient and safe warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in warehouse management, strong leadership skills, and excellent organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance
- Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations
- Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Maintain accurate inventory records using computerized systems
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate timely shipment of orders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized warehouse
- Monitor and report on warehouse KPIs to identify areas for improvement
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise in the warehouse, such as delays or damaged goods
- Implement cost-saving measures to optimize warehouse operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in using computerized inventory systems
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to warehousing operations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
