IT Manager


We are seeking an experienced and skilled IT Manager to join our team in Umm-Salal, Qatar. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology operations, ensuring that systems are efficient, secure, and up-to-date.

Salary: 1700$

Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies in line with the company's goals and objectives
- Manage all IT resources, including hardware, software, and networks
- Oversee the maintenance and upgrading of systems to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise and provide timely solutions
- Ensure data security by implementing appropriate measures and protocols
- Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies and trends in the industry to make recommendations for improvements
- Manage relationships with external vendors for hardware, software, and services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure and security protocols
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying potential issues before they arise
- Experience managing teams and providing leadership to achieve departmental goals
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical individuals
