IT Manager - Umm-Salal, Qatar


We are in search of an experienced IT Manager to join our team in Umm-Salal, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology and management, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's technology operations and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and reliability of the company's systems
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of hardware and software systems
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and provide solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to recommend new technologies for implementation
- Manage budget for IT department, making strategic decisions to optimize resources

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in information technology management
- Proficient knowledge of network administration, database management, and cloud computing
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing technologies

Preferred Requirements:
- Experience working in Umm-Salal or other cities in Qatar
- Knowledge of Arabic language is a plus

Salary: 1400$ per month
