We are seeking a creative and passionate Junior Florist to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As a Junior Florist, you will assist the senior florists in creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, parties, and corporate events.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing and creating floral arrangements according to client's preferences and budget
- Prepare flowers by cleaning, trimming, and conditioning them for use in arrangements
- Maintain flower inventory and ensure freshness of all products
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the floral studio at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by answering inquiries and taking orders
- Assist with event set up and installation of floral arrangements on-site if required

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills would be an advantage)
- Passionate about flowers and design with an eye for detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable personality
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Willingness to learn new techniques and styles in floral design

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Degree/Certification in Floral Design would be a plus)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Must have own visa or ability to obtain one (sponsorship not provided)
- Available for flexible working hours including weekends

Salary:
1400 USD per month (based on experience)
