Online Consultant
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Remish, Canada. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our clients. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner
- Provide technical support for our online platform and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Guide customers through the registration process and offer product recommendations based on their needs
- Keep track of customer interactions and update customer records with accurate information
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product updates to provide knowledgeable support to customers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or technical support role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using online platforms and tools, including Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other languages is a plus
Salary: $900/month
Location: Remish, Canada (open to foreigners)
