We are hiring a skilled Database Administrator to join our team in Moscow. As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our company's databases to ensure efficient and secure data storage and retrieval.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor database performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Develop and implement database security measures to protect sensitive data
- Plan and execute database backups and disaster recovery procedures
- Optimize database performance by analyzing data usage patterns and making necessary adjustments
- Work with development teams to design, test, and implement new databases or changes to existing ones
- Train employees on proper database usage and troubleshoot any user errors or issues
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in database management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Database Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of database management systems (MySQL, Oracle, etc.)
- Experience with database security protocols and disaster recovery procedures
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues quickly and effectively
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Salary:
