Moderator - English Speaking (Part-Time)

As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and moderating user-generated content on our platform, ensuring that all content adheres to our community guidelines and policies. This position is part-time with flexible hours, making it ideal for individuals seeking a part-time job opportunity.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor user-generated content on our platform, including comments, posts, and messages
- Enforce community guidelines and policies by removing inappropriate or offensive content
- Respond to user inquiries and reports in a timely manner
- Identify and escalate any potential issues or trends to the appropriate team members
- Collaborate with other moderators and team members to maintain a positive online community atmosphere

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Canadian preferred)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Previous moderation experience is an asset but not required
