Hotel Sales Manager - Salalah, Oman (Indian Nationals Preferred)
Our hotel in Salalah is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue and increasing occupancy through strategic sales initiatives. This role requires an individual with strong communication skills, a proven track record in sales, and a passion for the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent guest satisfaction and service delivery
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the hotel
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably in a luxury hotel setting
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of local market trends and competition
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.
