Land Surveyor


We are hiring a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and producing accurate data for construction projects, land development, and property boundary disputes.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using specialized equipment such as GPS receivers, total stations, and drones
- Analyze survey data to determine property boundaries and provide detailed reports
- Prepare maps, charts, and diagrams using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy of survey results
- Keep accurate records of survey data and maintain equipment in good working condition
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide professional recommendations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor or related role
- Proficiency in CAD software and other surveying tools
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Valid biometric passport for international travel
