Office Manager - Mauren, Liechtenstein



We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the operations of our office in Mauren, Liechtenstein. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of 1100$ per month, along with accommodation.

As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing all administrative tasks and supporting our team to ensure smooth daily operations. Your main duties will include maintaining office supplies, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask effectively. You must also have strong leadership skills as you will be supervising administrative staff and delegating tasks accordingly. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and data entry
- Monitor office expenses and maintain budget records
- Coordinate meetings and manage schedules for senior management
- Handle incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries or redirecting them as necessary
- Assist with travel arrangements for staff members
- Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks accordingly
- Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and ensure timely repairs or replacements when needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience supervising administrative staff is a plus
