Industrial Architect


We are seeking a talented and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Herzliya. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. This role requires a high level of creativity, technical expertise, and project management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their needs and design goals for industrial buildings
- Develop detailed plans, drawings, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Manage the project timeline and budget, including coordinating with contractors and subcontractors
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design plans
- Make necessary revisions to designs based on client feedback or project changes
- Conduct research on new materials, techniques, and technology in industrial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Architect
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations related to industrial construction
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable depending on experience)

City: Herzliya, Israel (open to candidates from other locations)

Preference will be given to Canadian candidates; however non-native English speakers are also welcome to apply. A biometric passport is required for this position.
