As the Head Pastry Chef in our renowned bakery in Almada, you will lead and oversee the pastry department, ensuring the production of high-quality pastries and desserts. Your main responsibilities will include creating and developing new pastry recipes, managing inventory and ordering supplies, and training and supervising a team of pastry chefs. You must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef, with strong knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients. Excellent time management skills are essential, as well as the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A creative mindset and attention to detail are also highly valued. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work well in a team, and have a passion for creating delicious desserts. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month. Candidates with Portuguese nationality or experience working in Portugal are preferred.
