Machine Operator

We are currently seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our growing team in Medina. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery, including but not limited to lathes, mills, and grinders. Your main goal will be to ensure the efficient and safe operation of these machines to meet production demands.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to job specifications
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Troubleshoot issues with machinery and perform regular maintenance
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing setting
- Knowledge of different types of machinery and their functions
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
- Excellent communication skills in English (French proficiency is an asset)
- Availability for flexible working hours, including weekends if needed
