We are hiring an Entry-Level Turner to join our team in Pula, Croatia. As a Turner, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines used in the production of metal products. This position is suitable for candidates with little to no experience, as we provide on-the-job training.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain lathes, drill presses, milling machines, and other equipment used in the production process.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate machining.
- Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to ensure finished products meet specifications.
- Monitor machines for any malfunctions or abnormalities and make necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve production processes and efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Basic knowledge of machine tools and their functions.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift/move heavy materials.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience operating lathes, drill presses, milling machines, or other metalworking equipment.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software.
- Experience working with various types of metal materials.

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position that may require occasional overtime depending on production demands. The work environment may involve exposure to loud noises, fumes, and hazardous materials. Applicants must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
