Team Lead - Operations (Siauliai, Lithuania)



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our growing team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As the Team Lead for Operations, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of talented individuals to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our company. Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of employees to achieve goals and objectives
- Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to team members
- Conduct performance evaluations and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity and efficiency
- Monitor team progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure targets are met
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Identify training needs and provide coaching or development opportunities as needed
- Handle any escalated issues or complaints from clients or team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a leadership role preferably in operations or customer service
- Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalee speakers preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Proven track record of successfully managing a team
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours as needed
