CAD Draftsman


We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CAD Draftsman to join our team in Malindi, Kenya. As a CAD Draftsman, you will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design software. This position is suitable for men and offers a salary of $1600 per month with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize AutoCAD or other computer-aided design software to create detailed technical drawings and plans
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings
- Review and analyze blueprints, sketches, and other data to determine the most effective design plan
- Make revisions or adjustments to drawings as necessary based on feedback or changes in project specifications
- Create 3D models using CAD software to provide a more comprehensive view of the project
- Maintain organized files and records of all drawings and documentation for future reference
- Stay updated on industry standards and advancements in computer-aided design technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in drafting technology or related field preferred
- At least 2 years of experience as a CAD Draftsman in the construction or engineering industry
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or other computer-aided design software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to create accurate technical drawings
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and presenting designs to clients
