Head Chef - Karachi, Pakistan



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, managing a team of chefs and ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and create menus that are innovative and in line with current food trends
- Source and select high-quality ingredients for daily food preparation
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food safety standards
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented according to company standards
- Manage kitchen budget and ensure cost-effective practices are implemented
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment
- Collaborate with restaurant management to create new dishes or special menu items
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and equipment to continuously improve the menu offerings

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognized culinary institution is preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and cuisines
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.
