Entry-Level Architectural Technologist

We are hiring an Entry-Level Architectural Technologist to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As an Architectural Technologist, you will assist in the design and construction of buildings, ensuring they meet the required standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of architectural plans and technical drawings
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for project designs
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed drawings and models
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Help manage project timelines and budgets

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles and building codes
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous internship or work experience in architecture or construction industry
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices
- Experience with 3D modeling software such as SketchUp or Rhino
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
