Architectural Technologist


As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of architectural projects. You will work closely with architects and other team members to create detailed technical drawings and plans, ensuring that designs are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of architectural designs by creating detailed technical drawings and plans
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure designs meet project requirements
- Utilize CAD software to create accurate 2D and 3D drawings
- Conduct site visits to gather information and measurements for project development
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance in designs
- Participate in design meetings and provide input on technical aspects of projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong technical skills with the ability to create accurate drawings and plans
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Location: Faro, Portugal (Preference for candidates with valid biometric passport)

Salary: $1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Experience required: Some experience preferred but freshers are also welcome to apply.
