Junior Moderator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Junior Moderator in our Moscow office. As a moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online communities, ensuring that all user-generated content is in line with our company's guidelines and policies. Responsibilities:
- Monitor online communities and review user-generated content according to company guidelines
- Identify and remove any inappropriate or offensive content
- Respond to user inquiries and escalate any issues to senior moderators or management as needed
- Assist in creating and implementing community guidelines and policies
- Collaborate with other team members to improve the overall user experience

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred qualifications:
- Degree in communications, journalism, or related field
- Prior experience moderating online communities or social media platforms
- Familiarity with different moderation tools and techniques

Salary:
This is an entry-level position with a starting salary of 1500$. We also provide accommodation for our employees if needed.
