IT Support Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our growing team in Atlanta. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients in a timely and efficient manner. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, as well as providing training to end-users on new technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support via phone, email, or remote access to resolve hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity problems and assist with setting up new equipment.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member.
- Keep accurate records of all support requests and resolutions.
- Provide training to end-users on new hardware or software systems.
- Stay up-to-date with current technology trends and advancements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, hardware, and software.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience working with Windows operating systems.

Salary: $1400 per month
Location: Atlanta
Preference: Indian nationals who are fluent in English
