Radio Technician


A reputable security company in Almada is seeking a skilled and experienced Radio Technician to join our team. As a Radio Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing radio equipment used for communication and tracking purposes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain and repair radio equipment including antennas, transmitters, receivers, and other related devices
- Perform routine inspections and testing to ensure proper functioning of equipment
- Troubleshoot any issues with radio equipment and make necessary repairs
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to design and implement new radio systems
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in radio technology
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Radio Technician or similar role
- Knowledge of electronic principles, circuitry, and telecommunications systems
- Familiarity with biometric passport technology is a plus
- Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Must be physically fit and able to work at heights if needed
- Valid driver's license
- Preference will be given to female candidates

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this contract position. Additional benefits may be provided based on experience.
