We are a 5-star luxury hotel located in Washington, seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through developing and implementing sales strategies, building relationships with clients, and leading our sales team.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners to generate business leads
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless execution of events and guest satisfaction
- Oversee the sales team and provide training, guidance, and support to achieve individual and team targets
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Knowledge of hotel industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics

We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month, along with accommodation. This is an urgent position for candidates who are Pakistani nationals. Fluency in English is not required for this role.
