Solar Panel Installer


As a Solar Panel Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panels on residential and commercial properties. This is a physically demanding job that requires working at heights and in various weather conditions. You will work closely with the installation team to ensure safe and efficient installation of solar panels.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels on rooftops or other designated areas according to industry standards
- Follow safety protocols and use appropriate equipment while working at heights
- Ensure proper wiring and connection of solar panels to inverters and electrical systems
- Troubleshoot any issues during the installation process
- Conduct regular maintenance on installed systems to ensure optimal performance
- Communicate with clients regarding installation schedules and any necessary changes
- Keep accurate records of installations, maintenance, and repairs
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulations, and best practices

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in solar panel installation preferred
- Previous experience in construction, roofing, or electrical work is an asset
- Physically fit and able to work at heights for extended periods of time
- Knowledge of basic electrical principles is required; experience working with inverters is a plus
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to clients
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license is required; own transportation preferred

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Shan (or any other city where the job is located)

Country: Preference for Malayalee candidates (or any other nationality if applicable)
