Hotel Sales Manager
We are hiring a motivated and dynamic Hotel Sales Manager for our luxury hotel in Abu Dhabi. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue through proactive sales strategies and building strong relationships with clients. You will also lead a team of sales executives and ensure they are achieving their targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold-calling
- Build strong relationships with existing clients to maintain their loyalty and generate repeat business
- Lead a team of sales executives, providing guidance, training, and support to help them achieve their targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the hotel and build connections
- Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring all terms are favorable for the hotel
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, reservations, and revenue management to maximize sales opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry in Abu Dhabi
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Ability to lead a team effectively
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
Salary: 1800$ per month
Location: Abu Dhabi
