Entry-Level QA Engineer

Our growing software development company is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level QA Engineer to join our team in Vilnius. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting quality assurance testing on our software products to ensure they meet high standards and are free of defects. You will work closely with our development team to identify and report any issues or bugs found during testing.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough manual testing on all software products before release
- Create and maintain test cases and documentation
- Identify, document, and track bugs in our issue tracking system
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Participate in design reviews to provide input on potential risks or areas of improvement
- Continuously improve testing processes and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (such as Java, C++, Python)
- Prior experience with manual software testing or quality assurance preferred but not required
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
