Computer Support Specialist
Location: Khanpur, Pakistan

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Computer Support Specialist to join our IT team in Khanpur, Pakistan. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and internal staff, troubleshooting computer hardware and software issues, and maintaining the smooth operation of our computer systems.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients and internal staff in person, over the phone or via remote access tools.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install and configure computer systems and applications.
- Maintain and update computer systems to ensure they are running smoothly.
- Monitor system performance and perform regular maintenance tasks.
- Train users on basic computer functions and software applications.
- Document technical processes and procedures for future reference.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, networking, and security protocols.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- A customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing high-quality service.

Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+.
- Experience working with remote access tools.

Working conditions:
This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday. Some weekend work may be required for urgent technical support needs. The successful candidate will be provided with all necessary equipment for their job tasks. This position does not include accommodation or visa sponsorship.
