Computer Support Specialist


We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Khanpur. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients with their computer systems and software.

As a Computer Support Specialist, your main duties will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and performing regular maintenance tasks. You will also be responsible for training clients on how to use new technology and assisting them with any technical difficulties they may encounter.

To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of both hardware and software components. You should also be able to work well under pressure and have the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure computer systems according to client needs
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as updates, backups, and virus scans
- Train clients on how to use new technology or software
- Assist with setting up new accounts or user profiles
- Maintain accurate records of all support activities
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software components
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively
- Familiarity with various operating systems including Windows, Mac OS, and Linux
- Good understanding of networking concepts
- Ability to communicate technical information in simple terms
- Customer-oriented approach with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology or related field
