Skilled Handyman in Plovdiv, Bulgaria


We are currently looking for a skilled handyman to join our team in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. As a skilled handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial properties. This is a full-time position with a monthly salary of 1100$.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks such as fixing plumbing issues, replacing light fixtures, repairing drywall, etc.
- Install and maintain appliances, including refrigerators, stoves, washers/dryers, etc.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify any potential issues or hazards and address them promptly
- Respond to tenant service requests in a timely manner and provide excellent customer service
- Keep track of inventory and purchase necessary supplies when needed
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Adhere to all safety regulations and precautions while on the job

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a handyman or similar role
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings
- Good communication skills
- Must have a valid biometric passport
- Indian nationality preferred
- Must be able to speak English fluently
