Facade Technician


We are seeking a skilled Facade Technician to join our team in Kaunas. This position requires experience in working with building facades, including installation, maintenance, and repair. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and functionality of building exteriors, while also maintaining aesthetic appeal. You must have previous experience in facade work and be able to communicate effectively in English. Accommodation, visa, and travel expenses will be provided for non-local candidates. Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair building facades according to safety guidelines
- Work with various materials such as glass, metal panels, and stone
- Perform inspections to identify any issues or potential hazards
- Collaborate with other team members on larger projects
- Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Adhere to project deadlines and budget constraints

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with building facades
- Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of facade materials and installation techniques
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Attention to detail and ability to problem solve on site
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects if necessary

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on commercial or industrial buildings
- Certification or training in facade installation or maintenance
- Experience using power tools and equipment
- Familiarity with local safety regulations

Salary:
This position offers a salary of $900 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Kaunas, Lithuania.

Accommodation/Visa/Ticket:
Accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates during the duration of employment. A visa will also be sponsored for candidates who require one. Additionally, airfare will be covered for successful candidates.
