Experienced Roofer in Los Angeles

We are a roofing company in Los Angeles seeking an experienced roofer to join our team. As a roofer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of roofs. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in residential and commercial roofing, be physically fit to handle the demands of the job, and possess excellent problem-solving skills. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Install new roofs on residential and commercial buildings
- Repair damaged roofs, including shingles, flashing, and gutters
- Inspect roofs for potential issues and provide recommendations for repairs or replacements
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times while working on roofs
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project details and progress
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential and commercial roofing
- Physically fit to handle the physical demands of the job
- Ability to work at heights
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of different roofing materials and techniques
- Basic understanding of building codes and regulations
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills

Bonus Skills:
- Experience with solar panel installation on roofs
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
