Loader Operator

We are hiring a Loader Operator to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to load materials onto trucks or into designated areas. You will also be responsible for maintaining the equipment and ensuring it is in safe working condition.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience operating loaders or other heavy equipment
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Knowledge of basic maintenance and repair of equipment is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Operate loader efficiently and safely to load materials onto trucks or into designated areas
- Perform routine maintenance on the loader, such as checking fluid levels and replacing worn parts
- Ensure proper loading procedures are followed to prevent damage to materials or equipment
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate loading operations
- Keep work area clean and organized

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1800 per month. No English language skills are required for this job.
