Body Repair Master

A reputable auto body repair shop in Riyadh is seeking a skilled and experienced Body Repair Master to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in auto body repair, with a strong focus on quality workmanship and attention to detail. Previous experience in managing a team of technicians is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Perform all types of body repair work, including dent removal, panel replacement, and frame straightening
- Ensure that all repairs are completed to the highest quality standards and within the specified time frame
- Train and supervise junior technicians to ensure they are following proper repair methods
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies and parts
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair process and any additional services needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new repair techniques

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in auto body repair
- Extensive knowledge of vehicle construction and function, as well as various repair techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
- Strong leadership skills, with previous experience managing a team preferred
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
