Administrative Director - Al-Wakra, Qatar
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Director to join our team in Al-Wakra, Qatar. As an Administrative Director, you will be responsible for managing the administrative operations of our company. Your main duties will include overseeing office procedures, managing budgets and expenses, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
To excel in this role, you must have previous experience as an administrative director or in a similar managerial position. You should also possess excellent organizational and leadership skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Fluency in Arabic is required for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Manage administrative staff and delegate tasks accordingly
- Monitor budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow
- Oversee office equipment maintenance and supply ordering
- Prepare reports and presentations for upper management
- Handle any issues or conflicts that may arise within the administrative team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an administrative director or similar role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Fluent in Arabic (both written and verbal)
- Strong problem-solving abilities
This is a contract position with a salary of 1500$ per month. The job does not require English proficiency but knowledge of the language is a plus. Accommodation will not be provided but visa sponsorship will be offered to qualified candidates.
