Job Title: Housekeeping Staff


We are currently hiring Housekeeping Staff for our luxury hotel in Shan, catering to Malayalee guests. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$, with no requirement for English proficiency. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in housekeeping and be able to work independently. Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
- Ensure all rooms are fully stocked with amenities and supplies
- Make beds, change linens, and handle laundry as needed
- Follow strict health and safety guidelines while performing housekeeping duties
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate department
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests by fulfilling any additional requests or needs

Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Good communication skills to effectively communicate with guests and colleagues from different backgrounds
- Physically fit and able to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for long periods of time

As this is a position catering specifically to Malayalee guests, knowledge of the culture and customs would be an asset but not required.
